Outstanding customer service, quality clothes

I always do my eid shopping at JJ. Today I did same. Prices are bit more but you pay for you like so no complaints but a weird thing happened which I did not like but called and informed them over phone. The guy who came out of room behind the counter. And he was cleaning his mouth and face. As soon as I said to guy behind counter that I want these 3 suits this other guy start folding my suit but actually he wiped out his hands with my suit. I spotted him and stopped him. I told him I don’t want you to take them up and fold because I wanted to tell the other guy what he just did. But I felt I am angry and it may not come out in good words so I just said nothing just fold them here. Later on I called after 5 minutes and told him what I don’t like. Customers should pay attention so they unskilled workers can be trained properly. I am putting this here so I have done my part in a good way.

Costly compared to other shops.

Very crowded in EId days, they need better payment counter as payment queue gets tooooo long on busy days. But you can get best quality and dress for sure.

It's a great place to buy traditional Pakistani clothes

Okay i didnt like this junaid jamshed for a number of reasons. Firstly the collection is very low compared to the ones found in pakistan. Second there is no parking near by just paid parking for 10dhs an hour. Too difficult to find parking in the evening. Also there is such a small variety for kids and the sizes are weird. Like 2 to 3 , 4 to 5, 6 to 7. There is no 3 to 4. Or 5 to 6. Ladies collection is still better perhaps.

You can buy typical Pakistani cloths such as shalwar kameez for gents and females. Little congested place. You also might face a parking issue. Plan your trip on non busy days.

Good clothes but overpriced...I've been to their Sharjah and Bur Dubai stores and both have clealiness issue... they should keep someone for dusting and moping if staff can't do it themselves...

Always look forward to their new collections. I always find clothes for my whole family here. Located in heart of BurDubai this outlet has one of the best pakistani dresses collection.

The collection is quiet pretty but some of the staff members are not very polite. One of the cons of our Desi society. Lacking in providing satisfactory customer service.

This is a must visit outlet even if we are transiting through Dubai for 8 -10 hours. Love the convenient location, selection of clothes and overall ambiance. Prices are above average for sure but that’s ok for quality stuffs. Waiting for our next trip to Dubai.
